If I'm in a wreck and the wreck is my fault, and the passenger is in my vehicle sues my insurance company for doctor bills, will my insurance rates go up?

Did you have a word with your insurance carrier regarding this wreck? What does your adjuster have to say in this regard?

Your insurance rates generally go up when you are involved in an accident regardless of who caused the accident. But you need to check out with your insurance company if they would increase the rates if the passenger in your car sues you.
