Has Senior Healthcare consultants gotten any better re training and working for them? Are they true to their word about helping you. I just don't want to get into a mess again.

There are a few 'Clients' I work with who would like to know this information, as well.

The last thing I want to do is create hardships for seniors.

I am a PCA (Personal Care Aid).I work for an agency that provides mostly 'respite' care for Senior citizens. We are a 'NON-Medical' agency (which means we aren't nurses, CNA's, etc). We DO have LPN's and RN's at our agency that help with Medical issues. I think the problem, with some of he agencies is, they CLAIM that the PCA's are medical care providers (I use to work for one of these agencies). This certain agency is now being 'looked at' because of their false advertising, concerning the medical part.

...(to add to my above comment) I would be more than happy to give out the name (if I can) of the agency I use to work for. There are located in Western PA. I'm just trying to help those who need care for their loved ones, etc. and letting you know that this agency is NOT telling the truth of there 'qualifications'.
