He called to tell me they were cutting my check but also asked me if I wanted to admit anything and then he said I would be dealing with the sheriff if I didnt have anything to tell him. Whats up with that?

1) I find it difficult to believe this is what was said. How would it benefit the adjuster to say this? It could only cost him/her their job. and 2)If it was said, I'd certainly call the person's supervisor and share this information with them.

That sounds like a 'Catch 22' thing...ya know? Why would they ask you to "admit" anything if they are cutting you a check?Add your comment
