No... your deductible only applies to the damage to your vehicle, under the comprehensive and collision coverage which you don't have.

(some commercial policies have liability deductibles)

Believe it or not, Texas does allow an insurance company to have up to a $250 deductible on their property damage liability coverage. Now, I personally don’t represent any companies that offer such, but I do know statute allows Texas companies to do so.
