contractor also forged a 9300 ck with like the 4 prior ck a 2 party check bofa cashed thru his business account with only my signature. bofa have any liabilty for cashing. Farmers denied loss of use as it been a fight for a 1yr 1/2 to get checks and the contractor on did demo. farmers claims no loss as a rental policy had no loss it wasnt rented at the time but had contract for rent in 2 weeks. The worst part is know the house is foreclosed any help would be great ty all Terry

Why do you care about all this other? Fourth, if the guy actually did forge signatures..this is a criminal (not civil) matter..call your local prosecutorAdd your comment
