Allstate is trying to get over me!!

I nhad a accident on Jan. 24,2010 a older women ranned a stop sign an side swipe me. Allstate to fault after two months now I having a hard time of them paying me for my rental car bill, the adjuster told me that they do not have to pay for rental expansive because is was a total lost but she will give me a $30 dollars a day rental refund fund for 7 day which is only $210, which is enough because I had the rental car for two month befor they even took fault. some one please help me what should I do???

First, this needs to be in a new thread. Second, you need to be a bit more clear on what happened. As I understand it, Allstate took 2 months to determine and accept liability? If this is correct... why did it take them 2 months? What happened during that time frame? Did you have collision coverage on your vehicle? If so, you could have filed the claim under your own policy and mitigated your rental expenses. You have a duty to mitigate your own loss.
