recieved pament for new policy with additional items added that were not authorized by me. also they recieved payment in a manner that would not allow for me, the consumer, to refuse additional items until after payment was made in full by mortgage company. is this legal?.

Well, the scenario is not quite clear with me. If it wasn't you, who was responsible for authorizing these additional items?

Like what? I assuming you are talking about an HO policy did they increased the policy limit on the dwelling?also they recieved payment in a manner that would not allow for me,
