A lady ran into the back of my car, my insurance was lapse, but it's paid now, can i still go through her insurance to get my car fixed since it was her fault, even if my insurance was lapse at the time.

you just need to file a claim against her insurance company...if she was at fault, you having or not having insurance is irrelevant unless she, too, doesnt have insurance....in this case you'll wish you had uninsured motorist coverage.
