I am a gold refiner I buy gold from scrap gold dealers. I am starting to buy nationally. The dealers send me there gold, after I recieve it, then i pay them. Is there any type of insurance that could garentee payment . I feel this would make the dealers feel more sucure in sending there gold to me.

Goods-in-transit insurance is one thing, but I'm not sure if it will cover gold. Otherwise, gold or silver when kept at home can be covered under home insurance.

Well, I just wanted to clarify my doubt. Are you inquiring about coverage that guarantees a payment to your gold dealers in the event they suffer a loss while the gold is in transit? Or is it something else?
