| Quote: | | I bill insurance for an ambulance. I have a patient that has Progressive as primary but the PIP has been exhausted. | Then Progressive is done.. | Quote: | | I need to file Medicare as secondary insurance, but I cannot because I don't have the payer ID for Progressive Insurance. Can someone at Progressive please help me with this problem? | sure they can, if you don't have the local claim reps phone number, call your patient and get it from her/him, if you can't get ahold of them. I'd call them at their main number (1-800-progressive). You've got a claim number right? Minimally you have their insured's name and date of loss. _________________ "Never, never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well being of a person or animal is at stake.
