We live in Florida. My husband was driving on I95, a truck came in his lane and to avoid hitting it, he turned his wheel, went out of control and crashed into a wall.He was hurt bad. Will Allstate cover this under uninsured motorist coverage because the driver didn't stop so we don't know who he/she is. My husband was unconscious and taken to hospital.

From what I recall there needs to be some indication that there was another vehicle that caused the impact. There was no impact with this other vehicle? Were there any witnesses?
Most likely just your statement would probably have your carrier pay for the injuries under PIP and then UMBI.
