I was scammed by them, to the tune of >10,000. I have run out of ideas on what I can do to help myself. Time Magazine did contact me, and I helped Kate Pickert write her article featuring Cinergy Health and the horrible things they are getting away with. However, now that the public is being warned, what help is there for the victims (pre-warning).

(Just a comment..) one of my 'clients' (I work with the Elderly) was scammed by them, as well. Cinergy Health tried to charge her double, for lab tests, she had done. According to CH, this 'client' had the same lab tests done the next day, as well (which wasn't the case). I think I just wanted to let you know, DOC, that you're not the only one who has ahd trouble with them. One of the experts, on the Forum, will be along soon, to help you in the right direction (what you need to do, etc.). Just hang in there.
