if my wife and i were in our car and someone ran into the back of us and we both had injurys and surgerys.ourcar was not totaled just the bumper had jamed in.and we didnt get the car fixed.?

Are you asking if you kept the repair money, and didn't repair the car, can you still get money for your injury(s)? the answer in most cases would be yes..but a minor bumper cover repair, requiring surgery for both of you? hmmmmmmmm might be a bit of hill, OR (and most likely true) since you didn't repair your vehicle the rear bumper was never removed from the vehicle so no one could see the additional hidden damage behind it.
