my son was a passanger in a car accident in missouri. he fractured his arm , which is now in a cast should he be compensated for more than just paying his doctor bills?

yes..well most of the time, assuming your son didn't do anything to contribute to his own injury. It depends on who is deemed liable (at fault) for the accident...was this a one car accident? If so what happened? Or if a one car accident and the driver just hit a deer, or something that he was not negligent in any manner, then your son would only get whatever medpay coverage (if any) is available. If another vehicle was involved were they at fault?
