i was curious which companies in nebraska give you the best rates on auto and homeowners. that dont have a bunch of clauses or ratings in small print. iam looking at a home owners policy.

I too feel that a local agent might just help you. But I'm not too sure of the factors.

I also agree contacting a good agent with excellent references from people you know is the best source of information.
