I was in an accident where the other person was at fault. Her insurance company is sending me a check for my car and I get to keep the car. I still owe the dealer at a tote the note car lot. Do I need to let them pick up the car and keep the check? I don't know what to do. The car is still driveable. It needs another radiator and front bumper and hood.

I think you should go through your agreement with the dealer. It might reveal something useful which you haven't noticed earlier.
