I injured my shoulder in Feburary 2010 and had surgery in April 2010. I submitted my paperwork to AIG for payment because I am off work and they requested my complete file from my doctor and they still keep telling me my case is in review then they requested the same information again in June 2010 so how can I make them pay up now and quit giving me the run around HELP!!!!

Have you made a demand of them yet? It's not up to them to make an offer... it's up to you to come up with a demand. In other words, if you've not made an request for payment then they don't need to consider making one.
I'd recommend making a demand and giving them 14 days to respond.
