My car is under my fathers business name but I was excluded from the policy by the broker and neither one of us knew. Now the other drivers insurance company is sending me papers saying that the loss is 8k plus. What can I do? Ive been calling around and no one seems to represent people like me. It was a mistake, and now i need help.

I'm betting that there is an exclusion form with your fathers signature on it.Now the other drivers insurance company is sending me papers saying that the loss is 8k plus. What can I do?
do you owe the $8,000? If so, pay it. Set up a payment plan if possible.Add your comment
