well i was riding and my tire blew out and i hit the guard rail twice and nother car was involved and was hurt badly?

Why do you want to sue your insurance company? I'm assuming you want to present a BI claim? Likely not going to happen, if your tire blew, you lost control, you hit a guard rail twice, then another vehicle. It may be possible if the tire was faulty that you have a products liability claim, but highly doubtfu. What caused the tire to blow?
