Hello I am looking to start a career in the insurance industry but don't know how to get started. What is the best route to take? Any advice?

you need a friend or someone you trust thats been in the business or a while. see if you can work with them, get some experience, get your licenses and go from there. there are so many areas of insurance, you need to see whats out there and what you like doing. if youre just in it for the money, its going to be very frustrating. takes years to establish yourself in sales. but it can be very worthwhile...

You may have temporary success, but you'll soon be looking for something else to do. It's not about the money, it's about helping people.
