I was recently in a accident and my vehicle was declaired totaled. looked up the value at multiple places and all came back around the same amount, around 2800. My insurance company is saying after my 250 deductible that I will only recieve 250 and that the value is only 2000 but were is the rest of the difference coming from. Please help me, Im not sure what my next step is other than not accepting this settlement.

I added $200 and $250 and it does not come to $2000. Since you did not provide any details, you'd need to ask your carrier this question.You also need to obtain info on how they arrived at their value and review their information to make sure it's correct.
