First, no fault only applies to injuries in every state except MI.

Second, have you reported this claim to GECIO yet? They may want to know about it before you take your van into a repair shop.

Third, my guess is that the GEICO site would have this info.

Yup, 10 seconds and 2 clicks later:

Yeah, you should let the carrier know all about it. Once you take your van out without informing the carrier, you might invite more probs.

Definitely! If your carrier is not aware of your proceedings, then your claim might get rejected down the line.

Can I deny Geico to have my auto repaired at and under its Auto Repair Xpress program?

Aside from the obvious grammatical blunder, you are not required to use a particular repair shop. The advantage of using a recommended repair shop, however, is that the insurance company will guarantee the repairs 100% for as long as you own the vehicle -- even if you change insurance companies later.

As a claims adjuster for Geico yes you can use the shop of your choice by law I am not allowed to tell where you can repair your car however per Geico policy contract all claims must be reported to the carrier in a timely manner secondly Geico has the right to have the car inspected by their adjuster prior to repairs beginning mind you if you have the car repaired at the shop of your choice and after you have accepted the repairs to the car and leave the shop and if you find anything your shop did not fix Geico will not pay for the repairs as you accepted the car repairs and left
