I was doing 55 to 60 on a hi-way and this car was coing on the on ram doing 80 or so and hit me In row 2 or 3 times my car is total and I has a very bad concussion no mark on me so it like who care I want my car, I had to buy a new one my money.Ilost my job and seem don't want to pay anything I can do....why I has to sit back and wait for when ever....

Sorry, with such poor grammar and so few details it's difficult to know what is going on.
How long ago was the accident? If they have not accepted liability, why? Are there any other issues or concerns that they have raised?

Well, I got that your car has been totaled due to another speeding car. But it's still not clear as to how your carrier or the other party's carrier have reacted. Can you throw some more light into it?
