I have a high school diploma, and I have 20 years of retail management experience. I am currently a Store Team Leader for a reputable company, but am looking to change my career path into the insurance business. What is the first step I should take?

I would eventually like to be an agent. I want to learn all of it. I thin k expertise in all of it would be beneficial to be successful as an agent.

You should look into what licensing your state requires. You should also look into working in an agents office as an assistance in order to learn how everything works.
