Hi,
I was struck by a shuttle bus while stopped at a red light. very little damage to my vehicle, but i am suffering. I don't know how fast the vehicle was going that struck me, however - the driver of the bus was apologetic and stated he looked down and did not stop in time.
i had neck pain prior to this accident due to another type of injury and my neck was well documented because of this. Due to this recent auto accident. i now have damage to c2-c3,c5-c6 (2 herniated discs), which will likely not require surgery. I have been in much pain and have not been able to work for 3 months (tried for several weeks, but just unable). injury has affect ability to type, sit at desk, memory problems.
Would anyone have thoughts of how much this type of case might be worth? I am a professional and have suffered loss of wages, and other milestones related to my career.

Absolutely no guess could be made... if for nothing else because of your prior injury. But aside from that, all of your medical records would need to be reviewed.
I can tell you that most people over 30 have some degree of herniation. If you have a prior back issue then it's almost a certainly that it it existed to some degree prior to the accident.
