My husband was seriously injured while riding his motorcycle, cut off by a motorist who was given two citations and admitted she just did not see him. Does the at fault drivers insurance company owe for loss of use which was 22 days before an adjuster called and told us his motorcycle was a total loss.

In every state I know of except MI, yes.
