my lady was taking out the grocries out her car form the truck when the car roled back draging her and pining her uneth her car i had to pull her out form uneth her car it cuzed seruis dameg to her leg in the result i as well hurting my back the ? is can she sue her owen inchurance compeny?.

Nope. She can't sue the insurance company because they did not cause her injury.... and she can't file against herself either.
This is why people have health insurance.
