a home had a furance blowback. It took along time to get the adjustors aout to the home and get things replaced. some things what were cleand that probably shoudl have been replaced. the family has now been sick (all 6 family members) nonstop since it has happened. they request an air quality check and the insurance comany is saying they will just look for soot. the soot was cleaned but we fear it may still be in the walls/matteresses/clothing in closets. any advice?

since the insurance company is saying this claim is complete is there any advice on how to go about getting it reopened? or to fight it?
