Mind you that this is from a fire we had at our home, June, 2010. This is the letter we received from our attorney and our adjuster. We have not received a letter as of yet. The insurance letters says: We are in receipt of your letter, dated today. Our coverage decision has been
made and a letter was mailed directly to Mr. and Mrs. Benners today.
If you have any questions, I can be reached at the number below. Is this bad news for us?

Wow.... perhaps some kind of background or perhaps _any_ information might make this a but easier. I'm holding a letter in my hand... is it good or bad news?
