In Utah are MedPay expenses part of a Bodily Injury "New Money" offer, to be repaid out of the individual v. insurance company settlement? Or, are MedPay expenses subrogated between insurance companies like PIP?

You have this in the auto forum and you mention PIP so I"m guessing this question to auto related. I'm not sure why Med Pay would be coming into play. Your own PIP would initialy address medical expenses and and the PIP carrier can seek recovery from the BI settlement. Again, I'm not sure how/why Med Pay comes into play.
As far as "new monies"... you really need to make sure everyone simply understands if he BI offer includes repayment to the PIP carrier or not. A BI release _should_ include what is going to be paid back to the PIP carrier.
