Posted: Sun Mar 13, 2011 11:07 am   Post subject: Should police listen to both sides' stories to write an auto   At a 4-way stop intersection, I proceeded to move straight ahead after stop. I saw the other car approaching and I expected him to stop while I was crossing. He did not stop. Upon finding out that I am deaf, the police talked to only the other driver and wrote on the report that I failed to stop. Otherwise the officer will probably just do the same thing again.
