You have a few options here. You can start with general insurance carriers and ask them what they offer in the way of teen life insurance. You can also check with a local life insurance agent, they will be able to compare multiple policies from multiple carriers and advise you on what is best for your specific situation. A third option is companies such as Gerber that specialize in child insurance policies.

Gerber won't work in this instance. The OP's child is age 15, Gerber doesn't take applications on children over 14.
