can a total car that has been restored get total again?do owner get full blue book value?

depends on the company, some will not give full value on a rebuilt. some wont even allow you to carry comp and collision coverage on a rebuilt car, but then there are companies that will cover it. need to ask your agent.

Easy answer is yes it can be totalled again. If the car has a salvage title after the first totalling then it changes the game a lot. If it has a salvage title you probably should have never fixed it the first time.
