| I want to know who the check is supposed to go to since I have decided to keep my vehicle after it was considered Salvage by the insurance, and have it fixed does it come to me so I can have my car fixed, or does it go to the lien holder |

If you are the claimant more than likely it will come to you with only your name on it. If you are the insured, the check will probably have your name and the lein holder's name on it. You would have to get the lein holder to indorse the check or agree to have the check reissued in just your name (not likely, but have seen it done on rare occasions) _________________ 65% of the time, it works all the time.
