my cousins were sitting in a parked car when they were hit by an 18 wheeler. The 18 wheeler belonged to the 7up bottling company. The 18wheeler was insuranced by gallagher-Bassett insurance company. Would the 18 wheeler need to be insured with full liability insurance or limited liability insurance

I think you are getting things confused. It should not matter to you.
Also, GB is not an insurance company. They handle claims for carriers and, probably in this case, for companies that are self insured.
