The condensation drainage pipe in my air conditioner clogged and water leaked under the walls and ruined two rooms and two closets of solid hardwood flooring. Coincidentally, it happened at the same time as a high-wind rainstorm, so I thought it was possibly rain coming into the house. The bad part is, I didn't know it was the air conditioner because of the rain. It leaked for a full day before I figured out what it was so the hardwood was a total loss in those rooms. I fixed the leak and all seems fine now, but I am worried about mold etc.

Home Owners insurance probably won't cover it if it seeped into the home. You can ask.
