| tried to get insurance for investment property and was denied because the insurance agency stated there was a liability claim on my property. I dont understand why there's liability claim on my properity and why wasnt I notified when this taken place? I called the insurance agent she stated the claim wasnt aganist me, The claim was aganist my property. Yet did not explain why liability claim was file on my properity. |
