help! lol

Posted: Mon Jun 06, 2011 6:35 pm   Post subject: help! lol   i was hit from behind by a person in a rental car. the rental car company reffered me to their insurer. Their insurance has tried to contact the driver of the rental vehicle unsuccessfuly so has sent out an adjuster. the adjuster has given my car a totaled status. if they do not contact the gurl who hit me then they are to blame. They told me that in this situation they would not come and pick up my car nor write a check payable to me and the lein holder on my vehicle...seeing as there is a lien holder is that possible for them to write me the check to myself as an individual and i take care of my car repairs and all myself	lawrencegibbsiv New member Joined: 06 Jun 2011 Posts: 2 1.21 Dollars($)
