a million dollar universal life insurance policy has lapsed and apparently cancelled - purchased in 1999 and 90K premiums for two years was paid into this policy. The insured is living and 91 years old - the agent has a history of complaints that sold this policy to an alzeheimer's patient, who was my father that is now deceased -
What should we do .
The only option I can think of is to notify the insurance commissioner to see if policy life insured value can be reduced -

This agent took gros advantage of all five family members - I placed a federal complaint filed in I believe 2008 here in New Orleans,La. of August
concerning variable Metlife annuities that would have included the variable life insurance policy above had we found a lawyer in time
The case had to be dropped before it was started. Very long story and quite an ordeal with this agent -
