| I was V2 & the car that hit me was V1, and my insurance sent out a junior adjuster who waived liability (making it my fault when it wasn't) now Im being sued by the guy who hit me? Is there any legal recourse I can take against the insurace company? |

Well, if you had insurance and you're being sued, you turn that over to your insurance company. They promise to provide you with a defense as a provision of your contract. _________________ CA-licensed P&C Broker-Agent and Life Agent. CA Insurance Lic #0596197.
