| We had water damage on two floors of our home from an up stairs sink ( continued about 7 hours) some pads were removed( cut where they thought water stopped and 3 day drying was completed. In the week waiting for the claim - the mildew smell is strong and I was surprised to learn they will only replace the pads and clean the carpet and relay. The carpet is 10 years old but the main problem is that my kids have asthma and receive allergy shots ( molds give a high allergy reaction). What are my options |
