Yes I bought a car for my daughter. she has been making the payments. But now I received a letter from the DMV stating the vehicle registration wil be suspended because she has no insurance. Since the car is in my name do I get to take the car back due to liability even though she has been paying for the car.
Please get back to me as soon as possible.

This is not an insurance matter... it's a family matter. But if you are the owner, there is a good chance that you can be held liable for the use of the vehicle. With no insurance, you could be paying thousands of dollars or more out of your own pocket. If you are the owner, yes you can take the car from her. Sell it, give her the money and let her buy her own car and pay for insurance. Or she can pay for insurance on this car. Her choice.
