I just got an subrogation claim yesterday from other insurance party. I havent yet informed my insurance about the accident that happened a month ago. I dont think I am at fault.

I am going get police report today to verify its contents.

Need help on how I should proceed

Your insurance contract requires you to notify the insurance company immediately following a loss -- at fault or not.

Contact your insurance company IMMEDIATELY. The police report may not provide anything of value.

I got the police report and it states that the other party is in "NO VIOLATION" but does not mention about any violation on my part.

Can it be argued that I am NOT at fault also?

Police reports have little value in determining fault. Each insurance company applies its own understanding based on interviews it conducts with insureds and witnesses.

Absolutely. Each party could be 100% at fault, which is known as 50%-50% liability. No one collects from the other party.
