Had accident on the job ,had xray and M R I and was told i had a broken
neck,3 and half months with a hard collor on the collor was taken off,
continue to see doctor for next 3 months, doctor tells ins. i can return to
work,doctor dosen't tell patient ,patient receives termination notice
from ins.,patient still has pain .any recourse?

| Have you spoken to the doctor about this issue? No one sent you anything in the mail? It appears, according to a doctor, you were well enough to perform your job. Did you also not realize this? |
