Our landlord says she cant get a policy for the house because we have outside animals. I think its because their arn't handrails on the stairs, no smoke detectors, the barn she says will be a business does not have elec. water or an emergancy exit. just asking your opinion Thank you

Asking for an opinion on what? If what your landlord telling you possible? Certainly. Almost anything is possible.
