tire blow out on expressway, car damaged on side wall

does your insurance premium go up if you have tire blow out on the highway and lose control of the car and it hits a side wall and damages passenger side door?

It can. Most likely unless a defect was known of, they would consider this an at-fault accident. Depends on the carrier and your accident history.
