TRYING TO GIVE ME VALUE ON AUTO USEING AUTOS WITH TWICE AS MANY MILES AND NO 3MONTH OLD REPORT.

USAA uses CCC. CCC compensates for the difference in miles. This is automatically built into the (confusing) report. The problem with CCC is any "baseline" adjustment that they may deduct.
