i have license b which qualifys me to drive cars not exceeding 3000kg.however i drove a car exceeding 3000kg and i had accident with the car with passengers.can i make claims from my insurers?i drove a 15 seater bus.

You can file a claim. They can also deny it. No one will know if it will be denied. Only your carrier can say.

Your insurer may deny the claim for violating the rules. also if the accident was your fault the other party may sue you if your insurer refuses to pay for their loses.
