What items can I claim. Equipment and chemicals rented to help clean. Towels lost to clean up. My time and work time lost during clean up.

Usually the insurance company will have an appraiser go out and write up the damages. This will include an allowance for clean up. That is, what someone would charge to come in a clean up.If you want t pocket that portion of the money and do it yourself, you can. Policies also usually have an allowance for temp repairs made to prevent further damages.
They won't pay you for your loss time from another job.
