Yes, minus the deductible that applies. Also keep in mind that your automobile insurance provides Actual Cash Value (ACV) coverage for these kind of losses. In other words, you get paid for the depreciated value of the damaged items. Specifically, ACV = Replacement Cost - depreciation. So, if your tires were 2 years old and had 32,000 miles on them, that's what you're compensated for. Again, minus your deductible.
